Why I’d need Doinn to get new clients?

Do I have to make a quotation per property?
Not at all, we have an algorithm that calculates the number of minutes associated needed for each property and creates the quotes automatically but you are welcome to visit the property if you feel more comfortable or if the property has special characteristics.
Do I still need a sales team?
It depends on the cleaning verticals you work with. Our team can take over 100% of the sales in vacation rentals and co-livings.
How Doinn assigns the jobs to the different providers?
Manually, and is that human touch that makes us different. You set your own prices, manage your own schedule and never pay to bid.
I’m an independent cleaner, can Doinn provide me with jobs?
Doinn selects and onboards cleaning companies specialised in hospitality for large- medium-size property managers. We don’t work with independent cleaners in order to provide quality standardization and large teams to be ready for any unforeseen circumstances.
Will we work together with other cleaning companies?
We usually assign one cleaning per city per client but clients are free to request testing other providers to compare the service quality.
Who will pay us?
Except in Portugal and Spain, clients will pay you directly.
What happens if extra time is needed to have the property properly cleaned?
If the reason is that an extraordinary event needs to be handled (frozen beer in the freeze, all the crockery needs to be hand-washed, garbage all around…) the extra time is requested through the app together with some pictures.
If the extra time is due to the property characteristics, the profile of the property, the number of minutes and the quote is updated.
How do we access the property?
Clients will share the code for the smart lockers or will give you access instructions through the app.
