FINANCE / ACCOUNTING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Doinn is making a huge impact on the Vacation rental industry and is now looking for a sharp professional to work as a Financial Controller, capable of working in a multi-tasking and international environment.

Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the hotel cleaning companies and the short-term property managers, with clients such as Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.

 

YOU WILL

Be one of the key members of our team, responsible for business plan modelling and execution control, profitability assessment, payments and accounting, including monthly and quarterly results of our companies in Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment. A sound knowledge of accounting management, including monthly records and tax issues according to the E.U. legislation (Portugal and/or Spain and/or UK). Experience in business planning and budget execution.

An academic degree in a relevant field as well as experience in working with Braintree and/or Stripe will be additional assets.

You’re responsible, methodical and very well organised as well as and self- motivated with a sense of urgency in managing and executing your daily tasks. You run quickly with little supervision. Most of all, you are optimistic, data-driven, smart, and eager to learn! Fluency in Portuguese as well as a good command of English and Spanish.

VENDOR SUCCESS MANAGER (VSM)

Doinn is making a huge impact in the Vacation rental industry and is now looking for a technical, logistics expert, and results-driven Vendor Success Manager (VSM) to work with Doinn’s most strategic partners in Spain. Our aim is to be trusted advisors to our vendors – helping with the onboarding and the linen and amenities logistic.

Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the cleaning companies of the hotels and the short-term property managers with clients such as Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.

 

YOU WILL
Manage onboarding of vendors and provide hands-on technical work so our technology helps solve their business needs. Coordinate linen and amenities orders. Identify opportunities for expansion and be a source of intelligence to drive the evolution of our products and new solutions.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Experience handling stocks. Proven ability to develop successful collaborations, trust, and communications with executive leadership, technical and sales teams, along with technical users of the software. Curiosity and a passion for serving customers. Ability to be diplomatic, empathetic, poised, and action-oriented when working with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong combination of being both a team player and a detail oriented, self-starter. Experience working on creative, solution-oriented sales and business development activities. A collaborative work style that can thrive in a flexible, fluid operating environment. A positive mindset. You’re self- motivated with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering growth. Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the cleaning companies of the hotels and the short-term property managers with clients such as Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.


YOU WILL
Be a highly motivated seller who is eager to be one of the key members responsible for expanding our customer base in EMEA and Rest of the World accounts.Work with some of the most important companies in the EMEA and Rest of the World to develop a deep understanding of their needs and match them to the Doinn value proposition.
