Doinn integration with Icnea

How to synchronize Icnea reservations and associate services for each property? It’s very easy!

Log in to your Icnea account and look for the “Management” tab:
Click on the connections section, on the left side of the menu:

Find us in your list of connections (Doinn)
Select the properties you want to synchronize with Doinn and the services you need for each of them

Copy the code generated from Icnea shown above on the right

Log into your Doinn account and click Integrations –> Integration Center –> Icnea –> Activate :

Name this integration and paste the code generated from Icnea:

Where it says Owner you must copy the code previously generated in Icnea

*You can give the integration the name you want

Select the properties whose reservations you want to synchronize with Doinn and click the save button for the integration to activate.

Each new property that you add in Icnea, will be added in Doinn if you select “Yes, I want to synchronize” for the question “Would you like to automatically synchronize the new properties?” (Recommended option)

That’s it! Now you will see the activation of Icnea in the integration center:

In a few minutes we will receive all Icnea reservations

To generate the services associated with these reservations, you must contact your Doinn agent to associate your properties with the corresponding service catalog via email: hello.us@doinn.co

Once Doinn associates the catalogs with your properties, you are ready to start marking services on the agreed date

What is a service catalog?

The catalogs are the lists of services with their prices, duration and list of tasks associated with each of your properties.

Each catalog is based on a task list customized by you, depending on your needs.

You can use the catalog models that you see on the platform to guide you by making a copy, there are some for cleaning, guest reception, cleaning inspections, maintenance, transport of sheets, etc.

You can have different catalogs in your profile if you work with several suppliers, whether or not they are from the same city, or with properties with different needs.
Why should I expect Doinn to associate my properties with the corresponding service catalog?

We like to do the association between clients and providers manually to guarantee resource capacity, define the start date and reinforce expectations on both sides.
What happens if I don’t sync the new properties with the Doinn platform?

We recommend that both platforms be synchronized automatically.

As your inventory grows, you can manually associate each new property with the automation. To do this you must go to automations, edit and add or remove the properties you want.

From experience, we know that it is common to forget to do it, so we recommend leaving it activated.
