We may be very naive but we think that if we make it extremely easy to buy professional services from these types of companies, there is no reason to do it wrong and hire cleaners without a contract or the appropriate working conditions, motivating them not to continue in this type of work.

We only work with providers that are free from exploitative and discriminatory practices, that integrate people with disabilities, that invest in training and make an effort to retain talent and, of course, that comply with labor legislation.
