DOINN S.A. is the owner of this website. The platform intends to mediate the online products and services sale where Users can hire Suppliers services, Suppliers herein registered, simplifying the customer service, online payments and invoices.
If the User acquires a good and/or service on our site, his/her personal information will be shared with the product or service Supplier hired by DOINN for this purpose and governed by the Supplier's Privacy Statement, which may be applicable.

2. Data collection situations
DOINN collects information about the User, when he/she purchases our products and services, or when he/she contacts us with customer service requests: the User name, contact information, billing information and services and goods purchased description.
3. How is DOINN using the information
We process personal data for the following purposes:
3.1. In order to be able to sell products or services and answer any questions the User may have.
3.2. For marketing, promotion, management and goods and services sale mediation.
3.3 To manage our daily business needs, such as meeting our business communication obligations, fraud prevention or law enforcement, litigation and contract compliance.
4. When and why is DOINN disclosing information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We will not share your personal information except with your consent or, if required or permitted by law, as follows:
4.1. With goods and/or service Suppliers, inside and outside of the European Economic Area to provide us services subject to strict contractual obligations in order to protect the User personal data and only to process them on our behalf and under our sole control;
4.2. Report or charge credits to us or to our Suppliers or other business partners;
4.3. As necessary to comply with the contractual obligations we have with the User;
4.4. In case of a merger, acquisition or restructuring by an acquirer of our company or all or a large part of our assets;
4.5. For compliance with judicial or administrative orders, or when necessary for audit assistance and business administration roles;
4.6. To fight frauds or criminal activity, and to protect ours or our business partners and Users rights, or as part of judicial proceedings affecting DOINN;
4.7. In response to a notification, or similar judicial process, including regulatory authorities.
When we share personal data with trading partners for the purposes mentioned above, other processing and personal data use obtained by DOINN is governed by its own privacy policies and practices, which are not subject to our control.
5. Personal-data security
DOINN implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably protect the User personal data.
6. The User rights concerning personal data;
The User may access, update, correct and delete all information provided during the purchase of a good and/or a service or when the customer service was contacted by logging in to the User account or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although we are available to help you, we may not always be able to exclude previous participation and purchase records. For example, we are required to uphold records relating to prior purchases for financial purposes.
7. Personal data storage
We will keep the User personal information for as long as necessary to comply with our obligations in accordance with our sale terms and as required by the applicable law.
