JOB DESCRIPTION
Doinn is making a huge impact in the Vacation rental industry and is now looking to incorporate to its EMEA team, a User success Manager for the Italian market working remotely.
YOU WILL
Be native Italian.
The on-line demo-maker god.
Develop the Italian maket from scratch
Be a highly organized professional to develop a deep understanding of their needs and match them to the Doinn value proposition.
Solve problems in a multi-cultural environment and excel at communication.
Work hard and have fun!
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of professional experience in sales or customer support, preferably in the vacation rental space.
A collaborative work style that can thrive in a flexible, fluid operating environment.
A positive mindset.
You’re self- motivated with a sense of urgency.
You run quickly with little supervision.
You are an excellent communicator and have impeccable manners.
You do not mind pressure and problem-solving.
Most of all, you are optimistic, smart, and eager to learn!
Fluency in Italian and English is a must, Other languages is a plus.
