Account Executive Sales

Doinn is making a huge impact in the Vacation rental industry and is now looking to incorporate to its EMEA and Rest of the World sales team an ambitious, creative and tech-savvy sales professional who can work with such accounts and acquire new ones.

Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the cleaning companies of the hotels and the short-term property managers with clients such Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.

YOU WILL

Be a highly motivated seller who is eager to be one of the key members responsible for expanding our customer base in EMEA and Rest of the World accounts.Work with some of the most important companies in the EMEA and Rest of the World to develop a deep understanding of their needs and match them to the Doinn value proposition. REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of successful selling in software sales or business development capacity, preferably in the vacation rental space. Experience working on creative, solution-oriented sales and business development activities.A collaborative work style that can thrive in a flexible, fluid operating environment.A positive mindset. You’re self- motivated with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering growth. You run quickly with little supervision. Most of all, you are optimistic, data-driven, smart, and eager to learn! (and able to sell). Fluency in English and any other European language.

Vendor Success Manager (VSM)

Doinn is making a huge impact in the Vacation rental industry and is now looking for a technical, logistics expert, and results-driven Vendor Success Manager (VSM) to work with Doinn’s most strategic partners in Spain. Our aim is to be trusted advisors to our vendors – helping with the onboarding and the linen and amenities logistic.

Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the cleaning companies of the hotels and the short-term property managers with clients such Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.

YOU WILL

Manage onboarding of vendors and provide hands-on technical work so our technology helps solve their business needs. Coordinate linen and amenities orders. Identify opportunities for expansion and be a source of intelligence to drive the evolution of our products and new solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience handling stocks. Proven ability to develop successful collaborations, trust, and communications with executive leadership, technical and sales teams, along with technical users of the software. Curiosity and a passion for serving customers. Ability to be diplomatic, empathetic, poised, and action-oriented when working with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong combination of being both a team player and a detail oriented, self-starter. Experience working on creative, solution-oriented sales and business development activities. Customer Service Representative English, Portuguese and Spanish (Holidays and Weekend Shift)

Doinn is making a huge impact in the Vacation rental industry and is now looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a knack for operations and logistics management to work with Doinn’s most strategic partners in Europe during the holidays and weekends. The job can be done remotely.

Doinn is the European leading platform for cleaning and laundry services for vacation-rentals, a technology bridge between the cleaning companies of the hotels and the short-term property managers with clients such Hostmaker, Friendly Rentals, Airsorted or Bemate.

This is a part-time, permanent position working 18-26 hours a week, that can be extended to 40 hours a week if that would be interesting for you.

YOU WILL

Support our Portuguese, Spanish and English speaking customers and partners: Inbound/Outbound Phone, Chat, Email and Social media; you will have to be able to understand our customers and vendors needs in order to provide workable solutions, using our tools or services.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional level of Portuguese, Spanish and English. Background in Customer Support. Ability to understand our customer needs and deliver an amazing customer support. Curiosity and passion for serving customers. Ability to be diplomatic, empathetic, poised, and action-oriented when working with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
